When you find something you would like to purchase:

• Click on the title of the media you want to purchase.
• This link activates the media player and a preview of the selected item will begin.
• To begin your purchase of this item, click PURCHASE, located on the right side of your screen and that item will be added to your shopping cart.
• To view your current shopping cart, click My Cart in the upper right hand corner of your screen. Next to My Cart will be the number of items which are in your shopping cart.
• Review the items in your shopping cart to make sure everything you want to order is listed. If you want to add items to your shopping cart, click KEEP SHOPPING. If you want to remove an item from your shopping cart, check the box under REMOVE ITEM to the right of the item description.
• If you have a coupon, enter the promotional code at the bottom of the screen and click APPLY CODE.
• Once your order is complete, click CHECKOUT.
• Complete the billing information and credit card information as requested, then click PURCHASE. You will receive a confirmation message that your order is complete.
• Links to download your purchases will be sent to your MyCatholicVoice account electronically.
• To download your media, go to the My Stuff page. Under the MY ACCOUNT window pane, on the left side of the screen, select My Purchases. In the MY PURCHASES window pane, you will see up to three items. To access all of your purchases, click More. A new window will open showing the first page of your purchases. Under the title of the media you just purchased, click Download. Click the Open button to immediately play your media; click the Save button to save the media to your computer (in a folder of your choosing). Purchased media will be available to download for 30 days after purchase.

Yes, you can download images, audio and video files if they are offered for sale or available for download.

You can view all of your downloads (purchases) by going to your My Stuff page. Under the MY ACCOUNT window pane, on the left side of the screen, there is a link to My Purchases. In the MY PURCHASES window pane, you will see up to three items. To access all of your purchases, click Show all. A new window will open showing the first page of your purchases. To help you navigate your list of purchases quickly, you may sort the list by:

• Media Type (video, audio, images);
• Once you select the media type, you can further sort by:
  • Newest (date the item was purchased);
  • Title (alphabetical);
  • Rating (highest rating first)
  • Views (number of times an item has been viewed or heard - highest number first)
