Description: God is good! 14 years ago, my husband and I were first time parents to a beautiful red headed girl. 3 months after her birth, doctors discovered my husband had advanced stages of testicular cancer and Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma. By the grace of God, he was healed. Giving glory to God, he showed his thanks by lifting his eyes and heart to the Lord. My husband was baptized and confirmed as a 26 year old man. To watch him grow in his faith journey and walk alongside our daughter is powerful. This summer, my husband and I were frustrated with financial issues of our parish and thought about leaving our church. It was our 14 year old daughter who reminded us of our wedding vows and promise to God that we would raise our children CATHOLIC. She has grown from the little red head in a Christening gown to a young women full of faith! We are proud of her and amazed by her example and daily testimony. God bless all the young people at NCYC, the adults there to guide them, the religious leader who shine Jesus' light, and all the events organizers and volunteers.
