Fasting is an interesting thing I gotta say. One small story about when I converted. It was my first year as a true blue Catholic and I remembered my first experience with fasting. I took fasting as in no food at all, all day. So come the first day of Lent and I tried my hardest to fast the entire day. Come back home after youth group and I couldn't take it and ended up eating whatever was in site lol. I didn't know that fasting for the Catholic church meant two main meals and that's it.
