Media > Finding God In All Things
Can God truly be found in every moment and every situation of our lives? Based on the spirituality of St. Ignatius of Loyola and rooted in 500 years of Catholic tradition, this video’s message is that everything in this world can be viewed as an invitation to draw closer to God and experience God’s love more fully. Three dynamic Jesuit narrators—Greg Boyle, SJ, James Martin, SJ, and John O’Malley, SJ---share personal stories and help us understand how to foster an awareness of God’s ability to work through all circumstances. Viewers see examples of God’s presence in joyful and painful moments, in Mass and the sacraments, and in everyday life. The final video segment highlights possible responses to God’s invitation, including a simple form of the classic Ignatian prayer, the Daily Examen.
