A procession of international flags representing every nation at WYD08 makes their way to the Sanctuary. The World Youth Day Cross, Icon and Message Stick are also welcomed to Barangaroo after their 12 month journey around Australia. Local indigenous youth perform a musical indigenous welcome. Prime Minister Kevin Rudd, welcomes the youth of the world to Sydney, Australia.
