This is not bad, a little dramatic but it gets a good point across. I've also been told that it's not what you get out of mass but what you bring to mass. To come to mass with an open heart and to bring yourself to thank the Creator for your week.
I just wish I had come across this a few months ago. I did a talk on Eucharist at a "Generations of Faith" night at our parish. Another great video that I highly recommend is "God in the Streets of New York City" by Grassroots Films. Very powerful as well.

Nice film. Too bad the people going up to receive God do so in slouchy blue-jeans. But very well done.
