Official Rules
OFFICIAL LIST OF WINNERS

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

Eligibility: The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 13 years old (18 years of age or older for residents of Maine) as of date of entry. Entrants under the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence must obtain a parent's or legal guardian's consent before participating, and by participating represent that they have done so. Void where prohibited. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, as well as the immediate family (defined as parents, spouse, children, siblings and grandparents) and household members of each such employee, officer and director are not eligible to enter. By participating, entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsors, which are final and binding in all respects. By playing, participants agree to be bound by the official rules and the decision of the judges, which are final.

Contest Period: Wednesday, November 18, 2009 at 8:00 a.m. Central Daylight Time (CDT) -through Sunday, November 29, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. Central Daylight Time (CDT). Sponsor's computer is the official time keeping device for this Promotion

How to Enter: Three ways to enter. Enter in person at the Catholic Content booth at the NCYC 2009 Thematic Park during the contest period. You may also text 'ipod' to 95495 during the Contest Period. Standard text message fees apply. By texting you opt in to receive further text messages from sponsor. You may opt out of receiving any further notifications from the Sponsor without changing your odds of winning. To opt out of receiving further notifications from the Sponsor text 'stop ipod' to 95495. You may enter online at MyCatholicVoice.com.

Limit: Each participant may enter the promotion one (1) time during the Promotion Period. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same phone number or email address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries/plays by using multiple/different phones, addresses, identities, registrations, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries/plays and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated program to enter will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any online entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter or the phone number used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant.

Drawing: Drawings will occur from all entries received starting at -4:00 p.m. Central Daylight Time (CDT) on Thursday, November 19. Drawings will occur randomly thereafter until Monday, November 30, 2009 at 11:59 a.m. Central Daylight Time (CDT). Each drawing will consist of all entries received up to five (5) minutes prior to the drawing. Potential winners must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements.

Prizes/Odds: Thirty (30) of 2009 NCYC Special Addition iPods (ARV $149) will be awarded by random drawing. All iPods will be awarded. Odds of winning will depend upon number of entries received. Sponsor is not affiliated, sponsored or endorsed by Apple Computer or the owner of iPod. Prizes are awarded "AS IS" and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied. Any and all guarantees and warrantees are subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions. Prizes are non-transferable. No substitutions or cash redemptions by winners will be permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize is unavailable. Federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winners. If prize notification or attempted notification is returned as undeliverable, prize will be forfeited.

Verification And Redemption: To win a prize, the potential winner must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules. The potential winner will be notified in person, by text message or by email. In order to claim a prize, the potential winner will be required to sign and return to Sponsor an Affidavit of Eligibility/ Liability & Publicity Release within forty-eight (48) hours of the date notice or attempted notice is sent. If winner is a minor (under 18, or under 19 in Alabama and Nebraska), prize will be awarded to minor's parent or legal guardian, who must sign and return all required documents. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, or fails to sign and return the Affidavit within the specified time period, the potential winner is disqualified and forfeits the prize. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor may award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Unclaimed prizes may not be awarded. In no event shall Sponsor's total prize liability exceed the total number of prizes stated in these official rules.

Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes any adult winner's consent to Sponsor's use of winner's name, likeness, voice, opinions, hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of this Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage Sponsor's web site or undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Release: By participating in this Promotion and/or receipt of any prize, winner agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of any prize. Limitations of Liability: Sponsor are not responsible for and entrant hereby releases Sponsor from any claims arising from: (1) incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information or late, lost, stolen, illegible, incomplete, misdirected, or entries received through impermissible or illegitimate channels, all of which will be disqualified; (2) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any telephone, computer, network, hardware or software; (3) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any service; (4) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (5) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property, including but not limited to entrant's computer, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Promotion or from downloading any material from Sponsors' or Promoters' Web site(s), regardless of whether the material was prepared by any Sponsor, Promoter, or a third party, and regardless of whether the material is connected to a Sponsor's or Promoter's Web site by a hypertext link. If, for any reason, an entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant's sole remedy is another entry. Sponsor, at its discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the prizes offered herein. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. Disputes: Entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion or any prizes awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for Kansas or the appropriate Kansas State Court: (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant, Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Kansas without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules, which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Kansas.
